Equipped with state of the art scales, we accept metals and wastepaper of all kinds at our two locations. Our S. Main Street yard handles “Ferrous Scrap*” i.e., appliances, vehicles, machinery, plate, and beams. In addition to steel scrap, wastepaper is recycled i.e., cardboard, newspaper, and office paper. Hours of operation for our S. Main Street yard are 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We close the scale at 4:00 p.m. Saturday hours are 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We close the scales at 11:30 a.m. Call (330) 652-2262 for current pricing. Our W. Federal Street yard accepts “Non-Ferrous Scrap*” i.e., aluminum cans, aluminum siding, extrusions, copper pipe, and wire. Hours of operation for W. Federal Street yard are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Current pricing is available by calling (330) 652-0799. Both facilities are customer friendly and have properly trained personnel. If help is needed to unload your material, Niles Iron will provide the proper assistance.
